- You turn on the radio in the car and listen to an interesting and informative interview with politician Peter Costello.
- Later when flipping through channels you happen upon a Nick Cave song which you then find out is on ABC am radio…the station where music goes to die.
- Undeterred and determined to still be considered hip and relevant you change channels again and find a Radiohead song. Now we’re talking, this is cool and hip. It’s only after the song you find out it’s on some radio channel called Heritage fm, no less. Still feel good even though the next song is something like Julio Iglesias.
- Finally give up and accept old age after Heritage fm says, without a hint of irony, that their station plays all the music the other stations forgot about.
- Wonder if there is a podcast of the Peter Costello interview…it really was very interesting.
